What role does VAKLINA play?

VAKLINA is backed by a jewelry packaging workshop established in 2004, specializing in the manufacturing of jewelry boxes across a wide range of styles. As we have grown, we have built strong relationships with a well-established local jewelry packaging supply chain. This allows us to go beyond manufacturing individual products and provide complete packaging solutions tailored to each brand’s stage, positioning, and practical needs. Whether you need jewelry boxes, shopping bags, pouches, ribbons, inserts, display materials, or other packaging components, we help integrate the right materials into one cohesive packaging system.mm

What is the essence of VAKLINA’s philosophy?

VAKLINA was created with a clear purpose: to support independent and growing jewelry brands. Many emerging brands operate with limited budgets and without a fully developed visual identity or packaging system. Rather than simply supplying packaging, we provide practical guidance based on manufacturing experience, helping brands make informed decisions that fit their current stage of growth. We see ourselves as a partner during this journey. As your brand becomes more established and your needs evolve, we genuinely hope you’ll choose the suppliers that best match your next stage—even if that eventually isn’t us. Our goal is to create value when it matters most and contribute to the foundation of your brand’s growth.

Will you keep our project confidential?

Yes. Client confidentiality is something we take seriously. We do not share our clients’ packaging projects on social media without permission, and we never send one client’s designs, samples, or project details to another client as references. For formal collaborations, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure your designs, concepts, and business information remain confidential. We believe that respecting our clients’ privacy is a fundamental part of earning long-term trust.

What are your shipping and delivery terms?

We support a range of international shipping terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your purchasing process. If you prefer the simplest solution, we recommend DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). With DDP, we arrange transportation, customs clearance, and import duties, delivering your order directly to your door, so you can focus on your business while we handle the logistics.。。。,

What are your payment terms?

We accept payment via T/T (bank transfer). A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining 50% balance due before shipment. At this time, we do not offer payment terms or credit accounts. Maintaining a healthy financial position allows us to focus on product quality, invest in our team, and provide reliable service to every client without compromise.

How do you ensure the quality of my order?

Quality expectations are discussed and agreed upon before production begins. During the quotation stage, we explain how different budgets correspond to different materials, construction methods, and finishing standards. Where applicable, we provide detailed comparison photos so you can clearly understand what to expect at each quality level before making a decision. Once the specifications are confirmed, production is carried out according to the agreed standard. Our goal is to ensure there are no surprises—only a shared understanding of the quality level that best matches your brand, budget, and expectations.

What are your sampling and production lead times?

Sample lead times are typically within 5 business days, depending on the design details and customization requirements. Production lead times vary according to the order quantity, materials, and manufacturing process. As a general reference, an order of 1,000 units is usually completed within 15–20 business days. If your project has a specific deadline, please let us know during the planning stage. We will confirm the production schedule in advance and work with you to meet your timeline whenever possible.
